Coronavirus Update

Attention Elkhart ISD Parents and Students:

Due to Governor Abbott closing schools for the remainder of the 2019-20 Academic School Year, we wanted to send out a reminder about packets that are due on Monday, May 4th

 

May 4th Instructional Material Drop-Off

Please drop off instructional materials in the appropriate grade containers.  Staff will be present to monitor the self-serve process.  We are also asking that during this time, you also return library books.

 

In order to eliminate traffic buildup, we are asking parents and/or students to drop off during the specified time slot according to last names.

 

Last name beginning with:

               A-L          10:00 am – 11:50 am

               M-Z        11:55 am – 2:00 pm

 

The latest instructional materials were mailed the afternoon of April 30thPlease reach out to your child’s campus if instructional materials are not received by Thursday, May 7, 2020.

 

Lady Elks and Elks Athletes

 

Middle School Athletes

If you have been issued any athletic gear, please return on May 4th, while turning in your instructional materials.

 

High School Athletes

If you have been issued any athletic gear, please return on May 7th, during the specified times:

  • Offseason, Powerlifting and Track – at the High School
    • Freshmen/Sophomore Drop-Off                9:00 am-10:00 am
    • Junior/Senior Drop- Off                               10:00 am-11:00 am

 

  • Baseball and Tennis - at the Middle School
    • Junior/Senior Drop Off 9:00 am-10:00 am             
    • Freshmen/Sophomore Drop Off 10:00 am-11:00 am
